   @feluelle -> the cases where when I tried to run single pre-commit run -different version could be used because it was overwritten when force_3_5 was used. Or when I had python3.5 on the path but previously I run python 3.6 - then python 3.5 was used. Things got little broken when I added breeze but this commit should fix all such cases (I hope).
   
   I really seriously think about unit testing all that :).
