[allura:tickets] #6570 Auto-comment on ticket upon merge request
Actually, this should be true for all commit messages: if I write something like
git commit -m "bla closes [tickets:#12]" foo
then the commit should be added as a reference to the ticket when pushing the commit to origin/<branch>, and maybe the commit message could also be added as comment. Bonus if a commit like, e.g.
git commit -m "bla [tickets:#12]{status:close}" foo
closes the ticket.

If a commit in a merge request references a ticket, a comment (or at least a Related link) should be added to the ticket when the merge request is created.
