[D] Creation of Karavan Image for ECR [camel-karavan]

GitHub user romulopachecosilva created a discussion: Creation of Karavan Image for ECR

Hello everyone,

We are looking to implement Karavan in our corporate environment, and for that, we need to create an image of it and send it to our ECR, as we will use it in our managed EKS cluster.

We would like to know if we need to modify any files or directories before the build, as we want to use Karavan in our projects with data persistence. We would also like to know the best way to persist and save our projects.

Thank you in advance.

You can either pull the apache/camel-karavan image and push it to your AWS image registry, or build your own image by following the same steps used in the GitHub Actions workflow in the repository.

By default, Karavan stores project files in a Git repository when the user clicks "Push". Persistence of integration data is up to the developer. Use any supported storage solution such as databases or message brokers.
