Currently we can only query running containers from NM containers REST API, but can't get the valid containers which are in ALLOCATED/ACQUIRED state. We have the requirements to get all containers allocated on specified nodes for debugging or managing. I think we can add a "includeContainers" query param (default false) for nodes/node REST API in RMWebServices, so that we can get valid containers on nodes if "includeContainers=true" specified.
