Limiting table to one page

I have a table generated dynamically with varying row heights.  If possible
I'd like to just display enough of the table to fit on one page, with the
remaining rows being discarded.  

 

Is there any easy way of doing this?

Yes, absolutely position the table, as in the fop examples: border.fo.
