Add the following to the Gateway Server Configuration table of the User Guide documentation:

default.app.topology.name

Specifies topology mapped to the default topology (without an explicit gateway-path) in the URL.

This setting was mentioned in the URL Mapping -> Default Topology URL but not listed in the table.
