Could I politely ask we move this thread to the users@ list?

I've sent a couple similar notes to other people asking for the same so want to be fair/consistent to everyone.

Ok to post to dev@ if you have interest in contributing towards a fix.

I don't have any insight into this particular issue, but capturing it in a JIRA ticket could be useful.  We do get twice as many tickets as we're able to resolve, so unfortunately a lot of questions go unanswered.  If you see any questions in the users@ list to which you know the answers, that does help considerably.
