Are you asking about writing them in Java to deploy on .NET or to interoperate with
.NET?  I don't know much about what the ultimate Java support on .NET will be.  As for
interoperability, Apache SOAP will be able to, but it does not use WSDL and UDDI.  You
can check some work at IBM's developerWorks.  You might also want to check the
soapbuilders mailing list on Yahoo.
