Might not just apply to error in InMemoryStorageManager - http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SANDESHA2-111

Sometimes when server encouters Deadlock in InMemoryStorageManager - and message is being resend - the same message is sometimes received twice in service.

Have not had time to detect under which circumstances this occurs.
