[I] [Feature][Connectors-v2-Paimon] Support Date&Time Data Type Be Flink Int [seatunnel]

SimonChou12138 opened a new issue, #6075:
URL: https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/issues/6075

   ### Search before asking

   - [X] I had searched in the [feature](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/issues?q=is%3Aissue+label%3A%22Feature%22) and found no similar feature requirement.

   ### Description

   ### I noticed that the previous connector implementation had a TODO in it
   ![微信截图_20231225161643](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/assets/38197210/d4f77515-1db6-4425-97e3-ab9603eb8f1a)

**At this time, if the Paimon table is built with the corresponding Date type data, there will be problems, and it needs to be adjusted to TimeStap(3) before entering the lake. There's a problem with writing it in at the same time**

**In Flink, the data and time data types are both int, so the implementation here needs to be adjusted to match the Paimon actual type.**

**There are also issues with Time type support**
