Better defaults could be included. Specifically, defaults for java.util.logging
could be added.

I've improved the default colors (svn r776608 ( https://svn.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi?view=rev&rev=776608 )) but I didn't add default rules
supporting java.util.logging levels.  Let me know if that's sufficient
(hopefully we'd have additional users requesting default rules, since they're
pretty easy to add).
