[users@httpd] apr_socket_accept error

Hi,

When I am starting my apache-2.4.25, I am getting following error.

(4104)Socket operation on non-socket: AH02179: apr_socket_accept: (client
socket)

What are the reasons for this error.
Help will be apreciated.
