Thaddeus Diamond commented on TEZ-1369:
---------------------------------------
Put up a patch for this. I'm having issue with one test in {{TestTaskScheduler}} and some test timeouts. Is this a developer environment issue? I'm running Ubuntu 12.04 LTS on an 8GB virtualbox VM on my macbook pro (16GB). I've allocated 3 cores to it and am only running Intellij and Chromium besides the terminal.

> Sometimes the I/P/O is sufficiently isolated by the application developer that reusing the containers that had failed tasks is alright. By default, this would be false to preserve the current behavior.
