    CLOUDSTACK-5943: added doc for the Palo Alto Networks firewall integration

    I have added documentation for the Palo Alto Networks firewall integration.  This change should also be cherry picked back into the 4.3 branch.
    
    I have created it in its own file and included it in the networking2.rst file.  
    
    I have tested the build and the menu system and doc is building as expected.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/cloudops/cloudstack-docs-admin master

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/cloudstack-docs-admin/pull/9.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #9
