[jira] [Created] (BIGTOP-3423) Add Getting started link to https://bigtop.apache.org/

Matt Andruff created BIGTOP-3423:
------------------------------------

             Summary: Add Getting started link to https://bigtop.apache.org/
                 Key: BIGTOP-3423
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BIGTOP-3423
             Project: Bigtop
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: documentation
            Reporter: Matt Andruff

I think we should have a link to "Building Bigtop on the home page"

The page ends with:

....
h3. Download latest release of Bigtop

[Latest release|https://bigtop.apache.org/download.html#releases]
h3. All required tools will be installed by ./gradlew toolchain

However place supply a suitable JRE (for instance openjdk7) first

h3. Continuous Integration

Apache Bigtop uses Jenkins for continuous integration testing (you can learn more about Jenkins [here|http://jenkins-ci.org/] ). There is a Jenkins server currently running for the project:
 * [https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/]

...

I'd suggest we change it to :

h3. Download latest release of Bigtop

[Latest release|https://bigtop.apache.org/download.html#releases]
h3. Build Bigtop yourself with Docker

Using docker to build Bigtop from source.

h3. Continuous Integration

Apache Bigtop uses Jenkins for continuous integration testing (you can learn more about Jenkins [here|http://jenkins-ci.org/] ). There is a Jenkins server currently running for the project:
 * [https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/]
