[jira] [Updated] (FALCON-1987) Schedule process with Oozie Cron syntax

Ying Zheng updated FALCON-1987:
-------------------------------
Description: Since Oozie supports coordinator apps with cron syntax, we can add cronsyntax frequency to our selfgenerated Oozie coordinator. For the user to specify cronlike frequency, we introduce a new type of frequency, called CronFrequency. The original Frequency type will be preserved for timeout and retention purposes.
