When using Guacamole within IE11, keyboard focus is permanently lost after clicking the URL bar. Though it is expected that keyboard focus will be lost when typing outside the browser or using other internal components of the browser (such as the URL bar), it is also expected that clicking back within the Guacamole display will restore keyboard focus. This does not happen.

h5. To reproduce:

# Open Guacamole within IE11 and open a connection.
# Open an application within Guacamole where it will be apparent whether key events are being received, like a text editor.
# Type within the application - note that key events are received properly.
# Click on IE11's URL bar
# Click back within Guacamole

h5. Expected result:

Focus is given back to Guacamole and key events continue to be received properly by the remote application.

h5. Actual result:

Focus remains within the URL bar, and key events are not received by Guacamole.
