maintenance cvs build

Hello there!

I didn't follow recent page sequence modifications, but at the moment 
maintenance branch in cvs is a little broken:
     [javac] 
D:\idea\fop-cvs\xml-fop\build\src\org\apache\fop\layout\AreaTree.jav
a:68: Method getNextPage(org.apache.fop.layout.Page, boolean, boolean) 
not found
  in class org.apache.fop.apps.StreamRenderer.
     [javac]         return streamRenderer.getNextPage(current, 
isWithinPageSeque
nce,isFirstCall);
     [javac]                                          ^
     [javac] 1 error

Probably getNextPage(Page current, boolean isWithinPageSequence, boolean 
isFirstCall) method of AreaTree should be removed also.
