ducc_util.py has function def ssh_operational() which attempts to check the viability of the ssh command.  It does not correctly handle the case where the ssh worked but with a warning message issued.

This function should examine all lines returned from the ssh attempt and if one of them has the expected results then ssh is operational!  Otherwise print the failing command and the results.
