[I] feat(cli): show live running-Turn status in the /session picker [maka]
me2seeks opened a new issue, #3384:
URL: https://github.com/apache/maka/issues/3384
### Problem
The `/session` picker (`showSessionList` in `packages/cli/src/pi-tui-runner.ts`) shows each Session's name, id, connection, and model — but **not whether the Session currently has a Turn running**.
This made the trap in #3380 invisible: from a second TUI, the busy Session looks identical to an idle one, so nothing hints that selecting it attaches you to a live Turn you cannot leave.
### Desired behavior
Show a live "running" indicator on picker rows for Sessions with an in-flight Turn, e.g.:
```
↳ fix login flakiness a1b2c3 ● running my-conn gpt-5
```
- Indicator source: whether `runningTurnIds` is non-empty (any client — another TUI, desktop, or Host-driven Goal continuation).
- A snapshot taken when the picker opens is sufficient for v1; live refresh while the picker is open is a possible stretch.
### Feasibility note (data already exists end-to-end)
- The Runtime Host already projects the live run state: `SessionManager.#projectLiveRunState` deliberately uses the **live** kernel fact rather than the persisted `status` (`packages/runtime/src/session-manager.ts`), and the Host protocol carries it: `SessionCatalogProjection.runningTurnIds` (`packages/runtime-host/src/protocol/session-catalog.ts` L187).
- `@maka/core`'s `SessionSummary` already has the field: `runningTurnIds?: string[]` (`packages/core/src/session.ts`).
The gap is only in the CLI:
1. `runtimeHostSessionSummary` (`packages/cli/src/runtime-host-session-driver.ts` L1167) does **not** forward `runningTurnIds` into `SessionSummary`.
2. The picker does not render it.
So this is a small, UI-scoped change: map one field, render one badge.
