Failing test checkVolumeFileForActivity()

Dear Rohit,

The unit test you've written a couple of weeks ago seems to fail randomly. I've
experienced it a few times locally. I also have seen some builds fail on Jenkins
and Travis due to it. So either it's the test or the method it's testing that's
failing.

Would you please have a look?

org.apache.cloudstack.utils.hypervisor.HypervisorUtilsTestcheckVolumeFileForActivityTest()
