Filter indicator do not show correctly on all charts when time filter applied
### Expected results
Indicator show correctly when filter applied
### Actual results
Indicator do not show correctly when filter applied

issue3: when clear filter, the indicator still exist and filter still show old actual value when no filter applied

#### How to reproduce the bug
1. Go to dashboard
2. create a time range filter
3. applied filter to all
4. See error
