We are using Apache with Chilisoft and Windows NT Server

I have created asp pages of an access and sequel server database. At times the asp pages cannot be accessed and I get an error message saying Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005' [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified. Please help.
