[~xuanji] Can you provide some more information here as well as what you expect to happen?

Are the 2 DAG in python files with the same name and at the same file path? In other words, what makes them different dags if their IDs are not unique? Also, how would one know if they are different versions of the same logical DAG (e.g. v1 vs v2 of DAG)? 

I use version suffixes to distinguish different versions of the same logical DAG -- for Example 
my_foo_dag_v1 and my_foo_dag_v2.
