mod_perl 2.0 on Windows

 What am I doing wrong, now?

C:\home\apache\modperl-2.0>perl makefile.pl MP_USE_DSO=1 MP_GENERATE_XS=1
MP_AP_PREFIX=c:\server\apache

   MP_GENERATE_XS = 1
