jackrabbit-core 1.4.8 release plan

Hi,

As discussed last week, there are a few issues that didn't make it in
the jackrabbit-core 1.4.7 release, but that people would still like to
see released from the 1.4 branch. Here's my current list of nice to
have fixes to be included in jackrabbit-core 1.4.8. Let me know if
you'd like to see other fixes included.

  [JCR-1572] DbDataStore connection does not always reconnect
  [JCR-1714] QueryImpl result offSet must be considered after security
class grant the item.
  [JCR-1841] Workspace.xml can't be loaded if it has a BOM
  [JCR-1866] Query may throw ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException
  [JCR-1918] DbDataStore keeps ResultSets open

I'm planning to cut the release candidate on Thursday, which (assuming
no problems) would give use the official release on Monday next week.
