cocoon.properties + xml.jar

Can anybody send me a copy of a
cocoon.properties-file on a windows
system? I also seem to be missing the
xml.jar file! Can anybody send me this
one? Do I need it?

I'm trying to use Cocoon2.0b1.
The damn thing just won't start!
