Humm, yes *you* don't have a checked out copy but do *they*?

Is anybody using jCVS servlet?  Does that need a checked out version?

I don't think so, look at http://cvs.debian.org for example, I can browse
directories and get files without having a local repository.

Or did I miss the point ? (My English is not very good, I know :) )
