[Axis2] Need axis2-saaj jar

Hello everyone, 

I want to use the org.apache.axis2.saaj package but the Axis2 v1.0
binary distribution does not contain a jar file for it. Can someone tell
me where I can obtain it?  Also, does someone know why it is not
packaged with the Axis2 distribution?
