### What happened
A WeChat user reported this bug. An error occurred when he tries to list all projects hosted on the Zentao server(version 18.3). The API (GET /plugins/zentao/connections/{connectionId}/remote-scopes) returns an error with status code 500.
### What do you expect to happen
The API (GET /plugins/zentao/connections/{connectionId}/remote-scopes) should return a projects list rather than a 500 HTTP status code.
### How to reproduce
- find or set up a Zentao server(18.3)
- create a connection pointing to the Zentaoserver
- create a blueprint, list all projects
