[I] Use SVGs for profile images [maven-fluido-skin]

   The png images at https://github.com/apache/maven-fluido-skin/tree/b41526b7c670e427b8ebbc54138e188de57e8f26/src/main/resources/images/profiles are generated from the SVGs at https://github.com/apache/maven-fluido-skin/tree/b41526b7c670e427b8ebbc54138e188de57e8f26/src/media.
   
   It should be possible to directly reference the SVGs in https://github.com/apache/maven-fluido-skin/blob/b41526b7c670e427b8ebbc54138e188de57e8f26/src/main/resources/META-INF/maven/site-macros.vm#L494. This will reduce the size footprint.
   
   Also the SVGs should only be conditionally included in the generated sites.
