   Trace status now comes from the event deliveries. Removed the markers and step names.
   Markers allowed one flow per connector and that's a limitation. Because for a given connector there can be more than one flow. Previously the deliveries succeeded after failed try stayed failed. With the event delivery table this was resolved.
   
   The trace detail now returns the deliveries, and the list returns delivery counts per trace so a pending delivery can show as retrying instead of nothing. Each step has its audit row id.
   
   Also renamed `PosixUsernameUnbuildable` to `PosixUsernameBuildFailed` so it reads as a failure, updated the `CONTRIBUTING.md` with that rule. And updated the AMIE baseline.yml to `PROCESSED`
