Fw: XSDConfig

Trying to make use of XSDCONFIG, all other aspects of XMLBeans is working 
fine, however the xb:qname element does not work for me.
example:
            <xb:qname name="col:appStateType" 
javaname="CompoundDataElement"/>

Any ideas? Or is this a bug?
