The cache-control headers for static assets served from the Scheduler are too aggressive. When we make breaking changes between the API, we find ourselves having to tell users to clear their browser cache to pick them up. There's a bunch of ways we could solve this (with ETags, reduce the expires time, by putting the build version into the resources etc.).
