[ANNOUNCE] New committer: Zhen Chen
Apache Calcite's Project Management Committee (PMC) has invited Zhen Chen to
become a committer, and we are pleased to announce that they have accepted.
Zhen Chen (https://github.com/xiedeyantu, https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?name=jensen),
has contributed many issues, bug fixes, and improvements in several components of the project,
