1. Employ common logic in DuccHandlerJsonFormat and DuccHandlerLegacy to provide new Reserve column
2. Add DuccMachinesData utility functions: getReserveSize() and getMachineFactsList()
3. Update system.machines.jsp with new column Reserve(GB):size
4. Update data container MachineFacts with new "reserve" field
