Renaming adffaces -> trinidad

Hi Noel,

That was me, of course. I read the subversion manual where it states:
svn mv a b is equivalent to svn del a; svn add b so I never made the  
history connection.

I learned something (hope not to forget).

You misunderstand.  I mean do not remove files and replace them with a new
copy when you can rename files.  svn mv is preferred, since it preserves
history.

Hi,

when moving to myfaces, of course we will use "trinidad" as the SVN
name. No more ADFFACES w/in Apache / MyFaces.

I agree that podlings should do a renaming, when they change their
name. CFX did it. we not.
