PSA: S3 now has strong consistency

Folks,

https://aws.amazon.com/s3/consistency/
https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/aws/amazon-s3-update-strong-read-after-write-consistency/

If you were using S3 and in case you were not aware, S3 now has strong
consistency. So you should n't have to turn on consistency checks anymore.

Thanks
