apacheds-server-xml: should we remove this module ?

Hi guys,

now that the configuration is entirely stored in the DIT we should be 
able to remove the apacheds-server-xml module, aren't we ?

They have been removed yesterday. Build takes 30 seconds less :)

Final distribution packages will be lighter with less dependencies... :)

Yes, and apacheds-xbean-spring can also be removed.
