*STR:*
# Change a user Status field  or Ambari Admin from active to false
# A confirmation popup is shown. Click "ok"
# Simulate ambari-server behavior for API call to fail

*Expected behavior:*
API call failure should be shown on UI.
Either status should not be changed until API call is not responded back by 200 response code. or else it should be reverted back to its original value

*Actual behavior:*
Even if API call fails, it is not surfaced on ui and the selection is changed to desired value
