http://spamassassin.apache.org/tests.html and the wiki pages linking to it

http://spamassassin.apache.org/tests.html isn't being maintained, but was
a useful quick reference for tests and their default scores. Is there any
chance of it being revived, or is there a current equivalent?

As a consequence of that page being deprecated,
http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/HowScoresAreAssigned and every wiki
entry for a specific test contains this piece of misinformation:

"The default scores for this rule can be found in the online list of tests."

Someone should probably make a sweep of the wiki pages and remove that.
I'd do it myself, but the pages have all been tagged as "immutable" since
2009.
