[axis2] Interop test name changes?

For clarity's sake, can we change:

"itest" -> "interop-test"
"itest-resources" -> "interop-test-resources"
"interopt" -> "interop"

?

itest comes from the plugin we use...let's keep it that way. we
definitely need to fix the spelling :)
