The attribute onselect is not define on tag html:text in the TLD. So i add it
and it works.
Here is the reference to W3 as defined in Bug 11714 :
http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/interact/forms.html#h-17.4.
I note that none tags in struts-html.tld defined the onselect attribute.
