alitheg opened a new issue, #1462:

   To the committee model, add an archived date field which would be set when a PMC is retired. This will be used to show the projects in Attic views but still allow us to retain the data model (see #1340)
   
   Additionally, add a checkbox to say if a PMC has reviewed their seeded projects/releases. Provide the ability to set that on the catalog admin page, per PMC, and use it to set a header on the catalog saying that the information is unreviewed (if it's FALSE)
