Sorry, I missed this PR. I want to use released Apache Arrow C++ for release if possible. (If released Apache Arrow C++ has any problems when we release Apache Arrow Java, we can use unreleased Apache Arrow C++.)
Can we revert this change once Apache Arrow C++ 26.0.0 is released?
