The site deployment tests needed a wagon that answers to the `dav:` hint and copies a directory; they now carry a small HTTP PUT wagon of their own instead of pulling in jackrabbit-webdav 2.14.4, HttpClient 4 and wagon-http-shared. The plugin resolves its `dav:` provider from the runtime classpath, so nothing about the shipped artifact changes.
Declaring sisu-maven-plugin is what makes the test component discoverable: it activates the parent's managed `index-project` execution, which indexes `@Named` test classes. No main index is produced, so the jar is byte-identical in that respect.
The proxy assertions still test the mojo, not the stub: `Proxy-Connection` is emitted by the JDK when a `java.net.Proxy` is set, and the proxy-auth test's server stores nothing until a valid `Proxy-Authorization` arrives, so the content assertions only pass if the settings-to-`ProxyInfo` plumbing works.
Verified: `mvn verify` -> 4 tests pass, RAT, Checkstyle and Spotless green.
