Tested the fix both on OS-X as well as WIN-VISTA. Also cleaned up the *obsolete* check in case of the missing "SunX509" algorithm by SftpServerTestSupport which came through CAMEL-4084, as the root cause of the problem was because of a pre-existing bug where as the last step in the setUp() method *unconditionally* we did:

*Even* in case of a thrown NoSuchAlgorithmException before!
