[ANN] Apache Maven DOAP Plugin 3.0.0-M1 Released

The Apache Maven team is pleased to announce the release of the Apache
Maven DOAP Plugin, version 3.0.0-M1

This plugin is used to generate a compliant Description of a Project
(DOAP) file from a POM

You should specify the version in your project's plugin configuration:

<plugin>
  <groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
  <artifactId>maven-doap-plugin</artifactId>
  <version>3.0.0-M1</version>
</plugin>
