Using source-writer to write plain text files?

Hi! 

I've used the transformer
<map:transform type="write-source"/>
to create multiple xml files with one xslt. Is it possible to use this also
to create plain text files? I've tried putting plain text to the route of
the <source:fragment> element but then it won't write anything.
