[jira] Updated: (DERBY-2388) DOCS - Reorder JDBC Reference section in Ref Manual

Kim Haase updated DERBY-2388:
-----------------------------

    Attachment: JDBCref.txt

I'm attaching a file with suggestions on how to bring the JDBC Reference section of the manual up to date. This involves removing some topics, consolidating some others, editing many of them, and moving a few to the Developer's Guide.

I'd be grateful for feedback on whether this proposal makes sense. If it does, I can retitle the issue to something like "Update JDBC Reference section of Reference Manual". Then I'll start creating subtasks to break the work into manageable pieces.

> The JDBC reference section isn't in alphabetical order either. It might make sense to reorder it to correspond with the javadoc (which separates interfaces, classes, and exceptions into subgroups and orders them alphabetically). I'd also suggest putting java.sql.Driver.getPropertyInfo in a subtopic under java.sql.Driver.
